1. It is the duty of the Parents to see that their children are regular, come neat and tidy to school and in time for class and bring all their necessary books.

2. (a) Parents should carefully go through the School Dairy daily and sign the remark if any. The Unit Test Reports and the Terminal Examination Results, should be seen and signed by parents.

(b) Parents should also keep an eye on late attendance reports. Reasons for absence, should be entered in the Calendar. Students absenting themselves for more than two days, should submit a leave letter to the Principal and also make necessary entries in the school Calendar. Students who are continuously late, will be dealt with firmly.
3. When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to state in their letters, the class and section in which their children are studying.
4. Parents / Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours, without the prior written permission of the Principal. They are requested to bring their complaints directly to the Principal and not to any member of the staff. 5. Parents are requested not to meet the Teachers during class hours.
